These terms cover use of the nanoscrape.com website itself. The scrapers we publish on the Apify platform are additionally governed by Apify's own Terms of Service and by the source websites' terms.

1. Website use

nanoscrape.com is provided as an informational catalog for the web scrapers we publish on Apify. You are free to browse, link to, and reference this content. The site does not require registration or accounts.

2. Actors and scraped data

The actors listed on nanoscrape.com are hosted and executed on the Apify platform. When you run one of our actors:

• Your account, billing, and datasets are managed by Apify under Apify's Terms of Service.
• The data you extract belongs to you. NanoScrape does not receive or store copies of your run outputs.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the source website, applicable data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.), and the fair-use limits declared on each actor's page.
• You are responsible for how any personal data you extract is stored, processed, and shared.

3. Warranty disclaimer

The nanoscrape.com website and the actors we publish are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Third-party sites change frequently; a scraper that works today may return partial data or fail tomorrow. We commit to fixing regressions on shipped_published actors within a reasonable window, but we do not guarantee availability, completeness, or specific per-run yields.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use nanoscrape.com or any of our actors to:

• Violate the terms of service or intellectual-property rights of a scraped website.
• Collect personal data in a manner that breaches GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent regional law.
• Circumvent authentication or paywall access controls without explicit authorization.
• Facilitate defamation, harassment, discrimination, or fraud.
• Interfere with the operation of a target website (denial-of-service, resource exhaustion, etc.).

5. Intellectual property

The nanoscrape.com trademark, logo, site design, and written content are owned by NanoScrape and its operator. Source code for the actors is published under the licence indicated on each actor's Apify listing (typically MIT). You may use, cite, or reference our content with attribution.

6. Third-party links

nanoscrape.com links to external services (Apify, GitHub, source platforms, tutorials on partner sites). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Where a link is affiliate-flagged (Apify referral fpr=0khfbz, n8n partner link), it is disclosed via rel="sponsored" per WCAG and FTC guidance.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction at the operator's registered seat.
