How to read the index
- Every platform is reported separately. Counts are never summed across platforms: the same position is often listed on several boards.
- Counts are what each platform itself reports for an industry filter or a job-title search on the snapshot date. They are postings, not vacancies and not hires.
- Job titles are a curated list. A count is published only if a sample of the platform's results actually contains the title. The list is frozen per version; a change starts a new version and a new series.
- One snapshot per week, taken on Tuesday. A missed week stays a gap and is never estimated.
